• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see below).

Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, less any applicable processing fees, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jjj7777 customer support at [email protected]. jjj7777 will acknowledge formal dispute submissions within two (2) business days and will provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate PAGCOR regulatory channels in accordance with applicable regulations. Both parties agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.

jjj7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, obligations, or the cost of using the platform — jjj7777 will provide not less than seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account and/or a prominent notice displayed upon login.

For non-material amendments (including but not limited to typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause, or administrative updates), jjj7777 may update these Terms without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the jjj7777 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure per the procedure described in Section 10.
